After a long hiatus, I may finally have an oppurtunity to make the trek to Indy.

So, is anyone going to attend Gencon this year?

Or other possible destinations for GE games?

don't know what my schedule if going to look like.

Plus, I would have to dust off my deck, I'm pretty sure it isn't tournament legal right now.

I was unable to play.

But, Rob did stop by to say hello.

If more of you come to GenCon I will devote some time, but I am not interested in playing a duel. We would need at least 5 people.

I didn't really expect to get any games in this time around either, I pretty much had most of my time budgeted in 40k/other wargaming/d&d events. It was nice to finally put a face to the name though, and I would definitely set aside some time for a 6-player pod if that becomes possible.

Sorry, I didn't get to make it by.

Purpose of trip - quick two day visit to unwind.

Sat - friend suffers an ear infection, necessitates doctor visit.

Sat Afternoon - post pharmacy, broke timing belt, wait for wreaker, get rental.

Sun - at home emergency prompts trip home in rental.

Thurs - car fixed.

Con result - New found appreciation of the phrase "Epic Fail"

I am up for a big game next year if I can convince my friends to mount another ill fated expedition.
